Monopol Typeface
Monopol is a bold and heavy display typeface intended for strong headlines, wordmarks, and poster design in general. Its lack of lower-case characters indicates clearly that this typeface wants to be used to state strong messages. Characters which do usually feature sharp angles such as A, M, N, V, and W are drawn in two ways. One version expresses these sharp angles explicitly and appears rather modular, while the other is more toned down. Characters like the S and many of the figures are reminiscent of typical wordmarks from the 80s.

How does the licencing work?
Please be aware that all licences offered here are standard licences. If you want to use the font(s) for private, for-profit entities with more than 250 employees, please contact us to request an extended licence.
The desktop licence allows font files to be installed on a specified number of personal computers (PCs) belonging to the licence holder to create documents, static images, logotypes, and such.
The web licence allows font files to be embedded via self-hosting and @font-face technology into a single website belonging to the licence holder to display it for a specified, number of monthly page views (MPV).
